I'm limiting my caffeine intake but it doesn't seem to be helping much!

What about your general water intake? That seems to affect everything if you don't drink enough.

I don't drink water lol
It makes me feel sick and it tastes weird!
So it's either coffee, tea, caffeine free diet coke or squash!

I drink water at home and squash at work.

Fizzy drinks are too fizzy for me.

I weirdly like the taste of water... it's all pure and clean and light and nothing.
