why?!
Why does something that is so bad feel so good? Why did I go so long without it and suddenly it's consumes my thoughts again? Why am I such a failure?!

We're all in the same game;
Just different levels.
Dealing with the same hell;
Just different demons.

You're not a failure. Has something happened that's made you feel this way, to trigger these thoughts again?

If I am perfectly honest, yes but I can't talk about it.

You're not a failure. <3 Message me if you need anything at all.

Success is not final.
Failure is not fatal.
It is the courage to continue that counts.

failure is WAY too harsh. failing at one thing does not take away all the other things that you've succeeded at.
and slipping up isn't failure, it is a part of the process for most, if not all, people (although it is an unwelcome one).
what has helped you avoid harming in the past? maybe you can use some of those things now, and use them as a starting guide to find other things that would help you

this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.
The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.
PM me anytime, I love getting messages :)

fair enough.... there is a big list of ideas of things to do instead of harming if you look on the Fun and Distractions page... maybe you could go through and pick out a few to try when you get the urge to harm yourself
