I told my mum I was struggling and we had a cuddle on the sofa. I took some PRN and I'm going to try and sleep it off.

I'm glad you're continuing to stay safe, I hope today is better for you.

I'm such a ninny! I forgot my lunchtime meds yesterday. No wonder I was feeling dreadful.

Oh no! I'm glad you identified the cause though, as something that you can do something about. Can you set recurring reminders in your phone to take your meds so you don't forget again?

I take my meds with meals so i shouldn't really forget - they are right in front of me! Sometimes my family remind me.

Maybe asking your family to remind you just in case would be a good idea. I'm sure that most of the time you remember to take your meds but it would be good to have some back up for the times when you might forget.

My mum dropped me off at church while she found a parking space down the road. I had some money with me for the collection and I was soooooo tempted to go off and do my plan. I took so long to make up my mind that I decided not to, in case my mum arrived as I was leaving. I spent Mass crying and now I regret not doing my plan.

I'm glad you decided not to start your plan, and I hope that you will soon be glad of that too and recognise your strength and worth and how much people care about you. Are you feeling any better today?

I told my parents how hard Saturday was and we agreed that for now I need someone in church with me, just for now.

I had a lovely time shopping this afternoon but when I got home this anxiety really hit me. I took PRN and I think it has really helped.

Lots of positive choices there. Well done. I'm glad you're using the support you have and your PRN when needed. It's great that you enjoyed shopping too. Are there more things you could do that you enjoy?

Dad is coming to Mass with me tomorrow, I'm hoping I will enjoy that. Maybe even get some peace. I'll have to see.

Thanks for your support.

I'm debating whether snapping an elastic band counts as SI. I mean, it doesn't cause any damage but it would be deliberately causing myself pain.

I think you might feel guilty if you did that and wonder if you were still 6 months free. What's happening to make you consider self harm?

This may be pathetic but I've got a reason to stay alive! I've booked to see the Harry Potter tour on my birthday, so I have to make it through until then. I know it's a little thing but it's good to have y'know, a goal.

That sounds really cool, and not at all pathetic. Please report on how it is!

Any reason to hold on is a good one. I hope you enjoy the tour and have other things to look forward to soon.

My benefits have been slashed, I'm now getting half what I was because the way they look at mobility has changed. Has anyone appealed a DWP decision?
