Oh no! I'm glad you identified the cause though, as something that you can do something about. Can you set recurring reminders in your phone to take your meds so you don't forget again?

Maybe asking your family to remind you just in case would be a good idea. I'm sure that most of the time you remember to take your meds but it would be good to have some back up for the times when you might forget.

My mum dropped me off at church while she found a parking space down the road. I had some money with me for the collection and I was soooooo tempted to go off and do my plan. I took so long to make up my mind that I decided not to, in case my mum arrived as I was leaving. I spent Mass crying and now I regret not doing my plan.
I'm glad you decided not to start your plan, and I hope that you will soon be glad of that too and recognise your strength and worth and how much people care about you. Are you feeling any better today?

Lots of positive choices there. Well done. I'm glad you're using the support you have and your PRN when needed. It's great that you enjoyed shopping too. Are there more things you could do that you enjoy?

This may be pathetic but I've got a reason to stay alive! I've booked to see the Harry Potter tour on my birthday, so I have to make it through until then. I know it's a little thing but it's good to have y'know, a goal.
