Charlotte Church: Inside My Brain - MH documentary
On the 25th January at 8 pm there's going to be an mh documentary. It's only on BBC One Wales but it should be on iplayer for the rest of the UK.
Basically Charlotte Church is going on a journey to explore mh research and learning more about the relationship between mh and our brains. Should be interesting.

Wow forgot all about Chucrch. She still singing? She was a very hot act with the angelic voice, and then she got all grown and boobie - poof gone.

Yes it's new. BBC Wales have been doing a week of programmes on mental well being.

I have noticed that it's going to be repeated on the 17th of September on bbc 1 Wales only. It's at 10.45 pm so once again should be available on iplayer for those of you who have missed it the first time around.

Would you say it was worth a watch?
I'm sometimes not sure what I think of Charlotte Church so not sure if I'd find her annoying and not pay attention to the programme!

It's ok from what I remember. Got a little bored because there's a fair amount of science. However it's thought provoking.
