Thanks everyone. I guess I'm just so gutted about the scales being wrong, but I went on the cross trainer today and walked to town and home again so I'm back on it!
Ali, I can understand that would be really upsetting, but yay for cross trainer and walking, be proud of yourself for the good work you're doing and the weight you've managed to lose already!
I am being lazy and haven't been to the gym yet although I keep meaning to. Someone remind me to go tomorrow?

I have had to many days off- particulalrly with nurtition than anything else. They've built a new costa round the corner from me and I absolutely adore there chocolate tiffins (so am becoming broke aswell) It sucks because I was doing really well..losing weight, training, toning and then I got constantly stressed and have gained so much of the weight I've lost and feel so big and stuck in that 'well I'm fat anyway so what's the point' mindset..yuk.
BUT a day off sometimes is good and much needed and you got back into it today so it's all ok.
I am really tired so just wanted to drop by and say hi and goodnight xx

Leigh, that happens to the best of us, and it's good you recognise your thought patterns. Remember that it isn't so black and white, a few chocolate tiffins isn't the end of the world and if you lost weight before you can do it again :)

Anxiety absolutely sucks balls. Do you know what is causing it? Is there any techniques you can do to help calm it?

I get what you are saying guys and I do know I can lose weight if I tried but, at the moment I feel like I can't/don't have to motivation/can't say no to chocolate. When I come back from holiday I'm going to start an 8 week gym plan and healthy ness (although I'll need some podge for my ski holiday)

Ooh ski holiday sounds exciting! I always wanted to learn to ski but never did! You can do the being healthy thing, sometimes after a holiday is a good time to start :) How are you doing, anyway?

Hey Leigh :) like anything, changing diet/lifestyle has to be done at a time where we feel able and ready to so it's totally fine to do it after your holiday! It doesn't make you a bad person and it's good you can recognise in yourself when something isn't doable right now <3

I have so far had the most laziest day. Didn't get up till 12 (so missed my exercise class) I'm not even dressed yet and have proceeded to play bejewled for hours- I'm going to blame that on my sister cause she was playing it and it reminded me of the game.
I also looked up the weather for Barcelona next week and it is looking like rain :(
