I know that feeling, try to make time for yourself. Do something you like to do, give yourself a treat.
Maybe writing about why your stressed will help, it will get those thoughts and problems down on paper, or on a computer, and out of your head. Talking to someone as well, even if you do end up yelling. Tell them you dont mean it, you just need to vent.
