I just feel so stressed and tired

i keep taking it out on everyone

i dotn want to

i jsut want a hug and for everything to be ok.

I know that feeling, try to make time for yourself. Do something you like to do, give yourself a treat.
Maybe writing about why your stressed will help, it will get those thoughts and problems down on paper, or on a computer, and out of your head. Talking to someone as well, even if you do end up yelling. Tell them you dont mean it, you just need to vent.
Im sorry your stressed, I hope you feel less tense soon.

Im sorry they arent talking to you. Is there a specific thing or problem that is stressing you out? Is there are way to sort it out or make it less of something you need to worry about?
