started college and all the moving forward that means

I started college lately. I managed to talk to people and made a friend.

I've also managed to not cry every time I wanted to when I struggled in class, people changed seats or we were in a different room and I didn't realise.

And I was complimented on my maths abilities which was nice to counter balance my struggles in other classes.

And I've managed to get the train there and back every day on my own without flipping when people walk on the right when they should be left. Or when I'm getting anxious and too stressed I've managed.

And that I found routines that help in order to manage and cope so I can do the above now.

It's really good to look back at the differences and see them. Even just travelling outside of my little bubble on transport used to be pretty impossible: and now i go there 3 times a week all by myself and manage to cope even during rush hour.
