today I saw smoke rise up in front of me with no visible cause so I reckon it wasn't real as no one else seemed to see it. should I tell my cpn?

Today I keep thinking I'm a super hero.
Like the Incredible Hulk. If I punch things I reckon they'll break but I'm scared to try it in case I get in trouble for vandalism.

I suppose if I practice my powers in my house that's acceptable right?

At the same time I'm aware this might not be true like when I thought I was an international grime artist.

Is this normal? Am I even posting in the right thread? I have no idea.

I think this could be the right thread. it sounds like a delusion. can you test the belief safely? when I have thoughts that I am psychic I test it out by predicting little things.

Do you have any ideas for testing this safely. I could punch the walls and doors and see if they crunch under my power. I could kick too.

I have nothing heavy to throw.

I want to test if I could fly, maybe from a safe height I could do that at the park.

Do you think those are safe ideas? Xx

the problem with punching and kicking is you might break bones. jumping from a safe height would be ok, if it really was a safe height.

I think I can fly. not 100% certain but it's weighing on my mind. if I do get 100% certain do I just act on it or tell someone?

Please, please tell someone. It's not unusual in people who have mental health issues to strongly think they can fly. When I was in hospital once I was talking to a nurse about consequences of things (in general) and she told me about a lovely young man she'd once known who tried to fly because of psychosis and that he shattered his bones in such a way he never was able to walk again. I'm so sorry if that's inappropriate to say but in my experience no human was ever able to fly without equipment - but the body is amazing in other ways. I'm genuinely not trying to be flippant and I know I make odd suggestions
sometimes but would you consider, with your CPN's acceptance, doing weightless yoga?

I would recommend talking to your CPN before you get to 100% conviction.

It's like yoga you do in wraps which are suspended from the ceiling. It might also be called anti gravity yoga. Swimming is also a good way to get the sense of floating.
