I don't know who to talk to

With all of the things going on in the world I've found myself stuck a very long way from home with work with no idea when I'm going to be able to get back home.

I dont have anyone to talk to down here who understands and I've found my thoughts getting worse and worse and I dont know who to talk to or what to do.

I'd appreciate anyone who could talk or who knew a way I could sort something out

Hey. These are certainly difficult times at the moment. Are you able to keep in touch with family and friends via the internet, etc?

Can you contact your GP for phone counselling or does your work provide any counselling services? That might be a good start.

I don't know if I'd be of any help but I'm usually around if you want to chat.

Do you feel comfortable sharing what country you are currently in? We might be able to offer some suggestions for resources if we knew that, as a lot of options depend on your country.

I'm currently I the falkland islands which makes getting any kind of help difficult and I cant call back home unless it's over the internet which isn't the best down here

Thanks for your ideas and support, I've managed to find somebody to talk to down here who sort of understands and it looks like I'll be able to get home by the end of the week which should relieve some of the stress and anxiety

Yeah I think once this couple of days of travel are over with I'll be able to get in touch with my usual support people :) and I'll still hang around here now I think
