I'm going to see A tomorrow so he can refer me to the Crisis Team because Mum isn't keen on my risk level and hospital is on the horizon so I have to be seen to cooperate.

I have talked with my mum. We reached a compromise. I can keep what I would harm myself with but I tell her if I'm going to use it. And she really really won't ask for me to go to hospital.
