Triggering (SI) - thoughts needed

ok so i havent sh'd in 2 days now. but its weird its not cuz i avnt had felt the need its because i feel like im not worthy of the happiness it causes, and like i cant b bothered with making myself happy.
does this mean i have once and truly given up on myself??
and does this therefore mean i need to cut again??
im sooo confused by myself!!
any ideas welcome!!

its all a bit of a screw up really and yeh im on anti depressants nd seeing a cpn every week.
and yeah i can fell myself planning out how to end it all.
so maybe i have??

You should be glad you havent cut in two days. Though you think you have given up on yourself, it is a good step, not cutting in two days. Keep talking to your CPN, do you see them again soon? Talking is a good thing and especially as you are beginning to make plans, maybe try and discuss them, even if you dont want to give exact details.

If you begin to think you havent given up on yourself, then you wont. Easier said than done, I grant that but please try.
