I can understand that, is your psych usually ok with prescribing PRN?

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

Yeah, in the past he's been fine about it. I understand why my CPN doesn't want me to take it too often but it really can be really helpful.

It sounds like you do try a lot of other techniques anyway and I'm sure you'd continue trying them before PRN if you were prescribed it.

Did anyone get back to you about PRN or will it take a bit of time? How are you today?

A said he would talk to the psych on Monday. I'm meant to be contacting him the same day to say how my eating is going.

A suggested protein bars so I bought some but they are so high in calories! How do I have one EVERY DAY?

I thought this wasn't about calories but it seems I was wrong.

Do you need to be having one every day? Could you start with one every couple of days and have something that is less scary for you on the other days?

Maybe I could have half a bar?

Today I had half at breakfast and half later, instead of what A agreed with me.

That's a good way to manage one a day, well done. You're pretty good with problem solving. It's ok to change things around a bit if they don't suit you, you're still achieving the same thing.

I had something non-obligatory to eat because I was feeling dizzy, but now I regret it.

You would have just felt more unwell if you hadn't eaten when your body needed it. What do you think you can do to ease your regretful feelings?

You don't need to be supporting people, please put your own well being first. How are you now?

We're having takeaway and I'm hungry but family are insisting I eat a proper meal. I hate this so much.

My sister has gone for a walk with my mum, I'm worried she's not safe.

Things are ok. My sister stayed safe and seems less agitated than yesterday.

We had takeaway last night which freaked me out.

Is it better for you to try and leave the takeaway in yesterday and try to think of something else or do you want to talk about how you feel?
