My parents are so epic for doing that for me, I am so so grateful. I am trying little ways to look after myself, like making myself eat decent meals and so on. Anything else just seems exhausting.

i can understand basic stuff being exhausting. does it help to try to model your schedule after your dog's schedule? for me it helps to eat at the same time as my dog, and for example if i take her out to the bathroom then i go to the bathroom (INSIDE DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING OUTSIDE YOURSELF) and either use the toilet or try to do something hygiene related. or if i give her a treat then i realise oh right maybe i should get a snack, or if i see her getting water then i think, oh maybe i should get a drink. i find that helpful since other creatures are pretty good at responding to their basic needs without overthinking it.

That's not fair on you at all, I'm sorry things are so difficult for you. It must be horrible to see the person who has done wrong get on with life while you struggle because of their wrong doing. Is there anything safe you need right now?

I've blocked my mum on facebook and I'm not talking to her or my grandma right now. I love them both but I don't appreciate how I've been treated. They've all had a lovely lovely time with my abuser's wife (who has always stood by him) and I've had it with the lot of them.
