Instead of SI
I thought it would be nice to make a list of things to do when you feel like SI.
Things I've heard of
-reading
-writing
-drawing
-watching a movie
-walking/running
-sports
-origami
-hang out with friends
-make a list of good qualities about yourself/list of reasons you should treat your body well
