almost a year free
well on the 4th of june i will be 1yr free of self harm well cutting and ODing anyways still finding it hard to eat more but i feel like giving up but really don't want to, the thing is i cant get these thoughts out of my head :(

June fourth is only a few days away! With eating, just keep trying. Take it slow if you have to, just make sure you are trying. But I promise you, you can make it. It may still be hard after your anniversary. It may still be hard next year, but you can do it. Anything worth doing is going to be hard. Anything worth giving up will make you discouraged. Don't give up.
