If I borrowed money from my mum without asking, would that count as stealing?

Thanks. In my head taking money seems legit and the Man agrees so I have to check these things out.

The Crisis Team are coming later but I don't think they are particularly helpful so I'm thinking I might discharge myself.

It was ok, the lady seemed ok but persuaded me to give my mum the money. She also said that i would hopefully see the psych on Monday afternoon. I said I didn't think I could make it to Monday so she suggested PRN and sleep

Do you think that you are able to do their suggestions?

Yeah I am trying her suggestions. I am trying to entrust my fears about the implant to God so I can feel a bit safer.

I am proud of you for trying <3

Do you have any activities planned for tomorrow to stay busy?

The Crisis Team are coming this afternoon. I might watch a film. And I can stay with family who often help me feel safe.

Hope that the film helped and that the crisis team went ok. It's good that your family are able to keep you safe. Thinking of you.

The psych couldn't see me but he phoned. He wants to check my meds combination with their pharmacist. I'm hoping it will be ok because I think, except this blip, the 2 meds together have helped.

How have things been over the past few days?

Getting better. Been pushing away dangerous thoughts and generally distracting. I was discharged from the Crisis Team today which is good though I am a little nervous. I have an appointment with my psychologist on Monday and with my CPN on Tuesday.

Well done with everything you are doing to fight. You are amazing. Keep going and hopefully things will continue to ease. Do you have things you can do to replace the support of the crisis team? Are you able to get in touch with someone if you need some help? I hope your appointments with your psychologist and your CPN go well, be honest with them about how things have been and what you find beneficial. Do you have anything on over the weekend?

My family are very supportive and I've got my CPN during working hours of course.
I'm going to church with my mum this evening and my big sis is visiting at lunchtime.

Things went well with my CPN but he wanted to weigh me and it was healthy but in my head it's fat, even though it's a lower BMI than my sister who is slim. I need to keep eating or my meds won't be as effective otherwise I could cut down my food, feel in control.

It sounds difficult to be battling how you feel with how things physically are. Keep trying to remind yourself that your body needs to eat and that it is actually not fat. I think things would be so much worse if your meds weren't able to work properly. Cutting down food might feel like you're in control but then things would maybe get out of control in other ways if your meds aren't effective.
