two weeks. yesterday was really hard but i was able to stop myself. i can't wait for the day when i can wear short sleeves again!

Well done for making it to three weeks!
And don't think of it as failure - think of it as setting yourself up for more achievement. There's no such thing as a straight road, and the odd backward step doesn't mean you failed. If you're still trying, you're still achieving something. Take each day one day at a time, it's a hard road, but it is worth it. *hugs*

Even though you slipped up, it doesn't take away the achievement of managing 3 weeks. Use it as inspiration to get back on the recovery bandwagon and aim for 4 weeks this time!
