The voices are getting worse, I don't want to be reliant on PRN so I try to use the things j learned in therapy but it's still so difficult.

Well done for trying things other than PRN, that's a good starting point and you could always take PRN if you aren't managing after using other strategies. How have you been today?

The voices are coming back. They make fun of me and tell me how useless I am and laugh at me.. Normally they tell me to hurt myself, so I suppose this is an improvement?

Talking to your CPN when things are at a lower level could be a good idea to maybe prevent things getting worse. It's ok to talk to him about smaller things as well as big things. If you don't want to talk to your CPN maybe there is someone else you could have a chat with.
