there is a note on my door basically it will take me time to get to the door. they should know this or have the key safe number to let themselves in if I'm not fast enough.

Yup but no support this morning to get to group if the taxi driver wasn't exceptionally nice I wouldn;t have made it-he even helped me put my shoes on. Also yesterday night and this morning I couldn't see- I had to rely on listening for my dog's collar when she moved but it made getting down the ramp and into group a lot harder- as my eyes have got a little better (there will always be the optic nerve damage but I can see better now thank God) I think it was a virus that made my eyes screwy as before I went to sleep I was pouring sweat and felt so so ill (and had vomited a lot) but I've just woken back up and apart from feeling a bit weaker than normal I seen to be okay on the eyesight front. Also my immune system is for shit so every illness is going to hit me harder.

Yes, support workers and a staff member from the place I go to for the support group visited me in hospital and after an endoscopy showed I also have an ulcer in my stomach I left her a message. The hosp gave me a perscription for some stronger meds for my stomach to pick up from the GP so although I'm not sure I'll make it there on Monday as I have group that day and not enough time support wise to do both but I'll make sure I get it Tuesday, and today I've been keeping a little food down which has made me feel way way better.

So rang Htt as desperate and needed advice re night terrors as am afraid to go to sleep and his repsonse along the lines of 'eeeeer well don't know about night terrors and regards eveything else distract distract dstract as if I hadn't been using distraction to the nth to avoid ringing those aresholes.

Ugh. Do you have your dog? Can she sleep with you? I know when it's bad for me sleeping with my dog in bed sometimes helps because if I wake up panicking and they are okay that makes me feel safer. I also try to do something like play a game right before I go to sleep to distract my head a bit. Sometimes it means I can't sleep until 4 or 5am just because I am so scared, or it means sleeping for an hour or two nap during the day instead. So take whatever sleep you can get whenever it feels safest.

Camden my dog paws at me during night terrors, brings me round so'as to speak. I'm trying to focus on her and her presence but it's tough. I know it's stupid but up until a few months ago I thought nightmares and night terrors were the same thing just wratched up a knotch, now I know they're called night terrors for a reason, I'm 'awake' but the nightmare continues I want to scream but I can't...it's horrible.
