I'm going to forget yesterday and start a fresh i didn't cope well. The appointment today was ok. I found it exhausting and feel like I was pulled apart. Their talking about a form of CBT so we'll see. I'm not overly hopeful.

Well done for getting through the appointment, I can understand your feelings of exhaustion etc. Maybe you don't feel hopeful but I definitely think it's worth trying what is offered. Hopefully something will be sorted out for you asap.

I had a form of CBT and it has really helped. I hope they can sort it without too long a wait. How is starting afresh going?.

Well things have really gone down hill fast. My nex appointment is still 2 weeks away and i'm really not coping. My self harm has got worse and i feel like i'm constantly fighting to remain in control. I'm so exhausted i don't know what to do.

Are you able to reach out to your GP or whomever you have the appointment with to say that you are struggling?

I would also encourage you to get in touch with someone, there might be something that can be put in place for you while you're waiting for the appointment.
