I'm super nervous and anxious and keep retching. I forced myself to apply for a small part time job because I literally cant afford to live and I have an interview this afternoon. Currently would rather die than go.

I had a quick appointment with my key worker to sign some things and have been to Tesco to donate some gifts to their trolley for children for Christmas. Will have lunch then hoover but not sure what else I'll get up to.
