Hm... It doesn't seem right, does it. The receptionist gave me the appointment card and I felt too silly to say "do you need my name?" And it took me ages to build myself up to making the appointment and now I'm not sure I have one!

Nope they didn't ask anything. I just said I think I've missed all the flu clinics and she said she'd book me in with the nurse, then handed me the appointment card.

Maybe it's a clinic where you just turn up and your name doesn't matter?

Maybe! I hope so anyway. She did seem very vague about everything. Just kept asking if I had a letter or a text message about it. =(

When I booked my flu jab clinic appointment they asked for my name and date of birth.

I did wonder that Lillie but I haven't been in there for so long that I'm sure no one knows me any more. I definitely didn't know the receptionist. I'm not even sure how to go about asking them if I have an appointment or not without sounding weird.

Ring and ask if '4.15 on the 22nd is the correct time as that's what the card says but I thought the receptionist said 4pm and I don't want to miss it'. Fairly normal conversation to have with a patient.

Yeah but they'll ask for my name! I suppose I could still do that though. Might give it a few days, appointment isn't for another 2 weeks anyway. It's just hassle. =/

Also I think Geordi isn't well. =(

Yes, but the point is to find out if you have an appointment and if you don't they will make you one.

He had diarrhoea last night and I think he's been asleep all day today. I got home from work and he was still where I left him when I left in the morning.

I have been cleaning. Cleaned the cooker, work surfaces, fridge door, bin lid and chopping board. Plus done my dishes and cleaned the loo. Also hoovered the living room (it's the only room in my flat with carpet in) and put nearly all my clothes away. Just gotta put my dishes away and finish doing my laundry.

He's had some food just now and seems a bit more chirpy. Maybe he just needed a big sleep to get over whatever was wrong.

I know what you mean about the sleep thing Beckie. I'm sleeping too much at the moment too but can still sleep at night.
