Hm, no I don't have any heat packs or gel stuff. It doesn't hurt when I'm sat down though, just when I'm walking around... so the solution is to stay sat down!

It might just take time, Katie. I'm sure you'll get used to it. =)

Dawn - I read your r/v. Sorry you've been upset but at least you have her back with you again. I had a similar thing like that once and cried all round Tesco...! It's so hard, I know. =(
