Hello, I'm Jennifer but I like to be called Jenn.

I'm from Pennsylvania, and I am 16 years old. I love art, books, and music. In my free time I create art, write, read, and play my guitar. I have a lot of pets and love the outdoors. I can make friends with just about anyone and love making new friends.

However, I am actually really nervous about joining this site. I have joined support groups before and no one ever responded to my post.. That was 2 years ago. I have been self harming for 6 years. I am currently at a war with myself about whether or not to stop... And that is why I have joined this site. I have recently started dating my best friend of 5 years and he really wants me to stop. So I joined RYL.

After all, I am really overwhelmed and don't know where to begin... But... This is me.
