Ah Leigh, is the anxiety/panic getting any better over time? Do you have strategies to deal with it?
My first day back was ok, it's always good to not actually have students for the first few days. Although I am very tired, but hopefully that will sort itself out next week!

I should have slept earlier but we didn't get back until late then needed to eat :/ tonight I'm going to be strict though. I do have kids tomorrow which is scary but I'm prepared and I'm doing today by planning my day in lots of detail which helps me not panic. Ow are you Leigh?
