- Started my book at work that when completed gives me a pay rise, finally.
- Fish and chips for tea.
- Work was not half as bad as expected, despite a few hiccups, and at least a lot better than yesterday.
- Working late but being able to get the tube home.
- Some banter with customers and colleagues were I felt I was more myself.
- Still being utterly in love with the perfume J bought me for Valentine's (sop sop sop)

Saw my wonderful friends.
They brought me flowers and chocolate and a magazine.
Casualty was good.
Caught up on some much needed sleep.
Friday:
Finally saw Tegan and Sara in concert and they were just perfect. One of the best moments ever when they opened with Back in Your Head.
Cocktails and general lovely day.
Saturday:
Was really poorly so stayed at my dads.
Puppy cuddles.
Today:
Day with family.
Booked tickets to be reunited with one of my favourite ever people on Wednesday, it's been over 5 years since we last saw each other.

- I am Stopping and Doing This Now for the first time in a fair while.
- My orchid reflowered yesterday for the third year running.
- D bought me a sister orchid.
- Worked a lot on an arty piece I'm doing (first art for a long time, too).
- Lunch with friend.
- It was almost sunny yesterday.
- Got through voluntary work today without killing any grizzling toddlers.
- Chicken nuggets.
- Wrote tenancy termination letter during voluntary work using voluntary work resources.
- Cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, including the floors.
- Had spa music on all afternoon when noises were getting to me.
- Uploaded my CV/cover letter/referee details etc. in preparation for starting application process for home-based work.
- Practiced my upward dog and was ever so slightly better.
- Started learning a few Polish phrases.
- Made the Hairy Bikers' sausage casserole.
- It was still kind of light at 5.30pm.
- Finally started application, got through first two stages.

My course tutor just told me 100%-d my maths exam and she's never had someone do that before.
Taught a class even though my anxiety was ridiculous and it seemed to go okay.

Catching up with Casualty

Another present to open which was lovely.

Yesterday
It was nice to be able to sit down and have a cinnamon hot chocolate because I was super early for work.
It was actually nice doing my admin because my emails were interesting and the blasted counterpropsal was done! 6

- Had a surprisingly good sleep following abdominal breathing and body scanning.
- Woke up fairly early.
- Had a mindful cup of tea.
- Cleaned the living room and lit some incense.
- Also cleaned the kitchen.
- Did my teacher's yoga CD and also continued to practice upward dog a little bit.
- A subscription box I'd completely forgotten I'd ordered arrived.
- I got an e-mail saying I've been successful in the application for self-employed work, which really surprised me (but made me really happy!)
Oh my goodness, what type of self-employed work if you don't mind me asking?
