Sometimes just a cup of tea, or toast,or weetabix. Usually nothing. Found it odd in hospital with breakfast dinner and tea and the one and only super toast for supper toast toast toast and once in a blue moon sandwiches which caused extreme excitement with it not being toast .
I kind of suck at eating breakfast, but at the moment its usually toast/a banana/coconut actimel!
There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you.
But there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself. My spoken words.
I aint no abacus but you can count on me.
Since I work odd hours as in have to start at 8am-8pm 12 hours shifts often, I usually don't eat breakfast or I grab a healthy snack mid-morning like yogurt or seeds. On the days I don't work or start a bit later I'll have muesli or toast, then some orange juice & yogurt & grapes. ^_^
The past can hurt. But you can either run from it, or learn from it.
On days when I can manage it...
In the winter, porridge with some kind of fruit jam and usually nutella. :)
When it's warmer, something like crunchy nut cornflakes with lactofree or soya cream. [I know cream sounds unhealthy but it's part of my recovery plan].
With high juice squash of whatever flavour I have in the fridge. If I'm feeling extravagant, fruit smoothie.
