I am an idiot & actually have no clue how to properly track them despite having periods for almost 10yrs. do u date it from the first day of your period or the last or what?

sorry for being an idiot

First day because they can vary in length.

It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go.
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do.
We won't all be here this time next year,
so while you can take a picture of us.
We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Do you have a smart phone? Because I had a handy app that I used to track mine that made it easier.

I used an app on my iphone to track my periods because otherwise I totally forget! It's really handy because it tells me the dates of my past periods, my cycle length each month, how long my periods lasted, dates of ovulation and being fertile, predicted periods in the future. Plus you can log symptoms and things too.

It's called Period Diary on the app store not sure if it's on android.

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…

you once called your brain a hard drive, well say hello to the virus.

I use a period tracker and it's fantastic
