One of my cat's anal gland burst. It looks like a bomb has hit is bum area. I didn't know what it was and I was worried because it looked serious. It's not serious. The vet cleaned it and gave him pain relief and antibiotics. It cost my £95 because it's the weekend emergency vet and there will be more on top because of the pain relief etc and the vet seeing him again on Thursday. Sooooo expensive. I hope mister cat is ok and heals quickly.

That happened to my cat too, Lindsay!

I had no idea what it was either and thought he'd been shot in the bum! He healed up really quickly though. Vets are expensive, it sucks. I also hope he gets better soon. Has he got the cone of shame?

He doesn't have the cone of shame. Other cat keeps growling at him and won't cuddle in with him, probably because he smells like the vet.

I feel like I've shared some on the holiday with you, lol. Except the weather... and food and, well, all of it. >.>

It's just a frozen asda "takeaway" one but does have stuffed crust. Yum.

You better have had a real Italian pizza while you've been out there.

Yes I have had real Italian pizza here!
And also saffron risotto which is a Milanese speciality I learnt on the tour today!
Apparently the origin is kind of a piss take.
A guy was working for his master painting one of the cathedrals, he added saffron to every colour to make it more vibrant. The master joked that he'd add saffron to his soup if he could! So at the master's wedding, he jokingly added some saffron to the risotto and that's that story!

I won't check out until the last minute because my feet need a serious break from shoes!
So much blood!
And then find a bus to the airport and watch Netflix at the airport until my flight.
I want to get there really early because the traffic in Milan is INSANE and unpredictable. And I'm not sure of bus times. And it's like over an hour on the bus to the airport.

I never leave it last minute!
I always end up places waaay too early! Which is better than being late I suppose.
And I have my ipad to entertain me!
