7 months free!
So i was a cutter for going on 6 years. It sounds unrealistic but it's true.
But about 7 months ago i said enough. I couldn't do this to myself anymore. So i decided that night to quit. I threw my supplies away and didn't look back. I've came close to relapsing but never did. To be honest i feel proud of myself. I never thought i could come this far. It feels great to be finally free!
But i am still struggling with how to deal with the stress and issues in my life. But i'm learning. It's taking some time... I'm learning to run to something else before i turn and even think about harming myself.
I just can't believe i came this far! I never thought i could break the cycle
