Slip Up Vs. Relapse?

Hey all I'm just wondering at your different opinions of what a slip up is vs. a relapse.
Like the last 3 days I have self injured after not doing it for 2.5 years- but today I feel so much calmer and happier, and I really think that is was just a slip up, not a relapse.

It sounds like you're feeling positive about fighting back from this slip-up, so regardless of any official definition you are making the choice to make it a slip-up not a relapse, so that is what it will be!

Yeah they're just words or labels. Whatever feels right to you is right for you. Hope you get back on track real soon, don't feel too bad about it either.
