It's just started raining. I hate it when it does that. Working in a clothes store means i have to be in current season clothes at all times. I look a right fool walking about in summer clothes in this rain!

I left hospital today (probably only for a short time) but unfortunately all I had was a summer dress and slip on ballet shoes in this lovely wet weather. Doh!

Saw my psychiatrist today, without my CPN. He's increasing my restless leg anti depressant to an anti depressant dose. And he's referring me to the psychology here and in Lincoln. Gonna get a new CPN. Things went well.

Also, Tig, at least you had your dress. The hospital cut mine off me so I had to spend £35 on a replacement :(

Ooh I'd have cried because it's my favourite dress! I went in in my pyjamas, it's just someone bought me in a dress because it was sunny yesterday. I have had a lot of my clothes cut off though at the hospital but guess that's what we get if we need emergency treatment x
