It’s ok to have these struggles.
It’s more than ok to own those feelings and to name them. And you aren’t alone.
Well done for your bravery and being honest about what you’re going through.
And for naming it.

I’m under the community mental health team and have a cpn and support worker and psychiatrist, if I was to tell someone they would be the first I guess but I’m scared to tell them cause they’d want me to stop and I’m not sure I can or want to ☹️ Part of me wants to stop but I don’t know how I would cope without it
|
