I didn't end up doing the journal as the studying took longer than expected. So the journal will be my goal for Thursday as tomorrow I'm in school and have plans. =]

Do some more work on a piece of art I'm working on, later.

And considering I've been going to bed at about 4am and I'm planning on going within the next 15 minutes, I've done okay today.

Bath, full skin treatments and book train tickets.

Oh yeahhhh, I bought food! I didn't do a lot of uni work though :-/
So today I will do uni work!
Today I plan to rest and enjoy a nice meal out with my mum and little sister who've come up to see me. Then maybe watch some 24.

Alright, I need some serious motivation here. These are my goals for tomorrow:
- Get up at a reasonable time, shower and get dressed
- Start studying for my biology exam
- Read chapter 6 in my human services textbook
- Start my poetry analysis
- Make a grocery list
- Study for 3+ hours
- Fill out an NHS form for my GP
- Not contact my ex but start building a support network of my own
- Help run a school's club session
- Meet some people for dinner
- Stay positive, eat healthy and do a fitness activity of some sort

Well the day is almost over so will do this for the rest of tonight and tomorrow:
-Wash dishes
-Check over hegemony essay and print it
-Go to uni tomorrow
-Do reading for social policy class on Wednesday
