I'm not nostalgic in a general sense. But I sure do miss some of those people when I see them. A lot of those people were good kids and not just avatars. There was no big Facebook, and MySpace just started getting hot in late 2004 to 2005. Forums were a big deal. Computers had become cheap and broadband was spreading. The numbers of people on web went up over exponentially over a few years. Of course the documentary kicked in 2005. RYL was in the BBC and on radio/TV etc. It was a phenom of sorts not easy to find again. I see kids in they Wayback who are now graduating uni now. Some day in 2017 I'll go to Wayback and see old Buttons, Bellatrix etc posts and it will be as bittersweet as the others. I think thats more than nostalgia at work
