Graphic - I'm So Lost

My life is just a circle, I have no friends and I never get to go out. I need someone to talk to, sure I have my family but they are all to busy worrying over my sister and nephew, they don't have time for me.

I want the pain to end, but I'm trying to hold on, no matter how much I let go my family can't afford to lose someone else. It feels like all of my problems don't matter as much as other and maybe they don't but I wish they'd at least pay some attention.

I want to cut so badly, in fact I probably would have except I couldn't find my tools. Now I'm relieved but I know it'll happen again. Another thing is, no one knows I cut and for now I need to keep it that way. I can't have them knowing, not yet.

Advice and offers of support would be greatly appreciated. I hope I'm not bothering anyone.

It sounds like you have some difficult things going on in your family right now and perhaps you're feeling a bit overshadowed by it all.
Have you spoken to tout family about what's going on for you or do you wish that they would see that you were struggling without you having to say?
Do you use any professional support right now?

I wish I could tell them, but I can't find the courage to, I also wish they'd able to see there is something wrong but I guess I have my walls up to high either that or they don't care. *Sigh*.

How about emailing the supporters how you are feeling?

That could be a good first step, they are completely confidential and are there to listen and advise.

I do hope you manage to stay safe tonight.

Have you got any coping skills or distraction techniques which usually help?

Yeah I have things that distract me like reading and writing. How do you contact the supporters?

It's good you have some things which distract you - there are a couple of links in my signature to the distractions list and alternatives to self-harm which you might fine useful too.
