Do you think pampering yourself is good for your MH?

So today i got my hair done with my mum at the hairdressers, and then we went into manchester shopping, i bought some gorgeous bubble bars from LUSH and just got out of a nice hot bath with it.

and i must say, this is the best i have felt in ages!

I am glad it helped. I do think it is great for mental health :)

Me personally i think retail therapy is a double edged sword. It can work both ways, the initial feeling can be great, however i dunno about you but afterwards i tend to feel kinda shabby because well the money i spent could have been spent on something much more useful etc. But that may just be a weird quirk of mine.

Cuz we all spend half our time running around, f*cked out of our minds
And we spend the other half sleeping at desks and praying just to get back...

That shade of crazy suits you

I sometimes feel the same way after a bit of retail therapy. Unless I bought something relatively cheap. It's easy to feel guilty about spending half a week's worth of food money, but not so much when you've spent the cost of two energy drinks and a Kit-Kat Chunky. :P

I definately think that pampering myself helps as I do it to treat myself and i guess it shows that I'm worthy of it!
