Positive Post - I'm on the road to full recovery!

Well since my last depressing post at the start of this month I've started doing a few things to improve my moods.

I'm feeling so much better already. I rarely ever feel depressed or even have low moods now.

Also not to mention I'm coming up to one year free of self harm. Although I can't remember when the last time it was, it might even be a year already!

I've been exercising a lot more by playing badminton a lot more rather than just once a week on Sunday's; I'm sure this has made a huge difference.

I've also got a close friend who helped me when my moods started getting really bad a few years ago and has always helped me since then. I've been meeting him a lot of times recently and having a laugh.

I've also adopted a slightly more healthy diet by consuming less sugary foods and taking vitamins...although no idea if this has actually had an effect on my moods.

But anyway, I'm feeling better already. It's been such a long time since I was last well.
