Well done on staying harm free for three months, please don't forget that this is a huge achievement! You should be proud of that strength, just because you had a relapse, doesn't mean that strength has gone. You don't have to cut again, you have started seeking support to help you regain a good hold on that strength of yours. Have you started looking at new entertaining ways to distract yourself and indulge in self care rather than harm? Take some time to spend on you and do some research into finding support you haven't tried before, email support, helplines when you get triggered, etc.
