According to Facebook it's world mh day today. Is anyone doing anything for it?

Happy Day, everyone.

My work is making everyone aware of it. We have lots of mental health first aiders and we're being encouraged to Ask Twice, as in when someone asks "How are you?", the reply is often "I'm ok, thanks"... because we often say we're ok even if we're not, so we're being encouraged to ask "Are you really ok?"

I've heard of that ask twice thing, it is a good idea.

I sometimes post something personal on Fb but don't really have the motivation this time round.
