If that's a serious question, then yes, Aimee. Because you retain water and it's generally just a trauma for your body. (Well, I find it horrendously traumatic. o.0)

Oh alrighty then. Yeah, I always gain around my period...just as I come on until I've come off which is not very nice at all. =[ *Cuddles and sends fake chocolate that tastes good with no badness* =P

Like Amy has said, you retain water before/during your period.
whenever I went to get weighed when I was due on/on I'd always be a little heavier BUT as it's waterweight, so should go pretty easy on its own so you don't have to up the gym or anything (although Gym feels good when your on anyway, I always find exercise helps a bit) I hope your Ok.

Airlyeth, try not to be to hard on yourself. I know easier said than done right BUT you can't rewind the clock. Like Amy said, do you know what triggered it? What kind of things could you put in place to prevent a binge?

It's most probably because I've been alone all day, and the emotions of hating myself have just built up and up culminating in a binge. I freaked out and threw all my food away, I suppose that's a measure I've put in place. I just couldn't stand it knowing that it was all sitting there, had to get rid of it. I just want to disappear to be honest.
