Hello, I am new and a little lost

Hi everyone,

It’s my first time using an online support community. Not really sure how it works, so your guidance is welcome.

I’ve joined RYL because I NEED HELP. I am currently living outside of the US in a country with little mental health support, and even less so in English. So on top of feeling like I can’t control my SI behavior, I am so feeling extremely isolated and not knowing where to turn to for...support.

So here I am. Seeking hope and understanding.
