Don't normally post here, just lurk and bask in all your achievements/positive things but today:
- Did something I've been putting off for months and called my broadband provider. Guess who just decreased their bill by £20 a month?! (Even the man on the phone was pretty outraged by what they'd been charging me)
- Finally managed to book some tickets after several weeks of shouting fruitlessly at my laptop (top tip, if you want to book a train in the UK at the moment, do it weeks in advance, but also don't because the timetables change with little to no notice, so do it a few days in advance, but also don't because all the trains on the entire network will be booked up forever by then, so do it at the ticket office but also don't because they won't let you)
Edit: Also, appears I haven't totally messed up an opportunity after a horrendous electronic communication failure

It'll get better. Until then, have a day."
