I went to the shops earlier and have cleaned my kitchen and bathroom but now I'm tired and lacking in focus.

Oh Beckie that's awful. =/ I'm sure they didn't mind you sobbing and were just worried.
My gardening has been temporarily rained off... but I dunno if I'll go back outside because I found a bird's nest with eggs in it while chopping back brambles and now I'm bummed out that the parents might not go back to it. =(
