Not long now...

Well its been quite a while since ive posted but things are not great. ive made plans. I promised my husband I wouldn't do anything whilst hes at his appointment tomorrow but I know I cant keep that promise and that I will be very selfish by doing it.
But ive not done anything drastic for a couple of weeks now and I cant hold off. I must jump. Don't be a coward this time.
Ive been having so many flashbacks just lately and bad dreams.
My anxiety was really bad yesterday and I found it hard to walk. I rang nhs direct who transferred me to crisis team who rang me. They said, "sit down if youre standing up or stand up if youre sitting down" what a bunch of rubbish! and anxiety wont kill you. she was so unsupportive.
I guess I should probably write a note.
Ive really had enough. I don't even know why im writing this.
Im suicidal, I tried getting help, but now I have to take this opportunity.

I don't post much, and am not great at giving advice, but just wanted you to know that if you feel like talking, I'm hear to listen. You are not alone.

Is there anything, like the cause of your anxiety that you would like to talk about? Do you think you could manage to call the crisis team and explain how bad things are for you? or perhaps get your husband or GP to talk on your behalf? Please keep posting to let us know that you are ok

i really hope your okay.
please try and stay safe. if you are feeling really bad go to your a and e or doctors.
maybe talk to your husband about how you feel and your plans. you are strong enough to get through this.
Is there anyone that can come and stay with you tomorrow whilst your husband is at his appointment?
I have found that on some occasions the crisis team can be a bit unsupportive but it depends who you speak to you usually speak to someone different each time you ring.

Sorry ive only just been able to reply. Im sorry if i worried anyone. On that day i got sectioned by the police, then got put on an emergency section, and am now on a section 2. I have a tribunal tomorrow and im so so anxious. I dont know if i have much chance of getting off my section really as ive been on 1:1s for over a week and havent been off the ward on leave at all. Anyway i just wanted to update you all xx
