I am currently:
Triggering (SI) - *Triggering*

I cant contol self harm so im going to control sleep now. Therefore im not going to sleep n e more. Once a week is my limit.....THERE!-

There's nothing wrong with sleeping. And you can control your self-harm, it just seems really difficult. You can do it, you just have to stay strong and distract yourself when you get an urge. I know it's really difficult but you can do it.

Not getting enough sleep isn't good for you, you really do need to sleep everynight to keep your mind and body in good condition. You will become very weak and tired very quickly.

Not letting yourself sleep is a type of self harm, hun. It is very very bad for your health, you need it to function normally and be healthy.

I know it seems impossible, I really do, to try and control the self harm, but it can be done. I believe that you can do it, you are determined, visit some of the distractions? Play the 15 minute game, or PM me if you ever want to chat.

It's probably not the most common, but isn't anything you do to diliberatly hurt your self(body) self harm? I know I've denied myself some hours of sleep for punishment, which seems to fit the criteria.
