Hey everyone. So I am Serenity, I'm 25 and I'm a female. I feel really lost, unfortunately. I have Borderline Personality Disorder, depression and drinking issues and it's kinda climbing on top of me and pinning me down. So that's why I'm here, to try and get some support and ideas how to help myself. I hope you're having a lovely day, as for myself, I'm trying to. I lost my phone last night and I really can't afford to replace it, so that has me pretty distressed, along with general anxiety and drinking stuff. So yeah, here's hoping this community can help me!

I don't advice you to drink because alcohol is a depressant which makes your depression worse.
