stopping doing things is going to increase the feelings of not knowing who you are. it is tough at first, but you need to get out and do things and be around people. is there anything that you enjoy (or used to enjoy)? there are all sorts of clubs and classes that you could get involved with to meet people with similar interests. what about something that you'd always wanted to learn when you were younger?
maybe it would be good to talk to a counselor or professional about how you're feeling, as it sounds like you are really struggling at the moment.
do you have friends that you could arrange to do things with? i found that planning things with other people helped me to get out because i didn't want to let them down.
