Hi. I've just stumbled across a very very good youtube channel re bulimia recovery so i wanted to share. Girl is called Shaye Boddington and she has a series of explanatory videos as well as tips for recovery. There is also a free 50min course on your-bulimia-recovery.com/videocourse so check it out.
