I am currently:
Not doing great

I am starting to.find things quite hard.
My cmht is discharging me at the end of the month due to los risk and how ' I know what to do. Its just doing It'. In terms of dbt stuff.
The support will be dropped though i think there is the option for counselling. However last time i.was there i dipped and was told i needed more.support then what they can offer.
I have barely any motivation to do anything i am.on the verge of selling my horse and i have just had enough. My horse normally is my World. But not anymore.
I have near constant suicidal thoughts which are also visual. Where as before i would be scared of them and scared of doing anything. Now i arent. Its like everything is just very very calm.

What is keeping you in bed? I think a lot of the time hiding away in bed can make things feel worse. Have you been practising and using your DBT skills? If counselling is an option then it might be an idea to take that option to see if it would be helpful, you might be in a different place to where you were when you used it before. Also, if they think you need more support then you might be referred back to the CMHT if that is thought to be the best decision. Do you think your mood is lower because of all the changes with your support at the moment? It will take some getting used to. I hope you can find a way forward.

Yeah, it can feel easier to stay in bed but it's not that helpful. If you're in bed you'll be wanting to stay there and will feel extra tired and like you can't get up, but when you're up you'd probably feel less tired. Do you know what's making you tire easily? Are there small things you can be doing out of bed that don't require too much energy? Hopefully increasing your activity and gradually doing more active things would help you feel better and regain your energy. I know it's not easy when you're low though.
